NOLLYWOOD FAST RISING STAR LUTER IKYOBO.
Luter Ikyobo hails from Mbakaanga Council ward of Vandeikya Local Government Area of Benue State. Born on the 23rd of September, 1987.
Philosophers, educators, sociologists, and writers all accede that, naturally people are endowed with a variety of talents. Some are gifted in the literary works, while others are blessed and empowered to do better and shine in the entertainment world. Luter belong to the second group.
Right from his childhood days specifically his post primary school days, he showed some talents and passion in the entertainment world. He was an active member of his school Dramatic Club.
As a teenage he was known to be an artist, due to his unique voice, and behaviour. This fuel his extrinsic motivation therefore, the attractive incentive energizes him to release songs like, “Let’s Roll”. He Started as a group from mykemagix studio then later went solo.
Young Luter was fast becoming a well known artist within is locality and beyond.
After a while, an internal force propels him to join Nollywood. This explain that, Luter motivation stimuli were coming from within. He wanted to be a tool of change to the youths as well as a medium where he can preach to the audience directly or indirectly. He switched from Music to Film acting.
Interestingly, he studied Theatre Art at the famous and prestigious Benue State University, Makurdi. He begin his professional acting career in 2013 in the movie titled: Who The Cap Fit Produce by Linda John and Directed by Raf Ogbaji. Since then he has acted over fifty movies.

He has also worked with a whole lot of respected actors home and abroad including Hakeem Kae Kazim a Nigerian Hollywood actor.
He is well known perhaps comes to the spotlight in the movie, Mama G Goes Mad, Directed by Ugezu J. Ugezu.
Luter is a very quiet and soft spoken gentleman, however, on stage he is a different person, very active, agile, captivating, magnetizing and hypnotizing.
Additionally, he took part in a reality TV show ‘HEROES REALITY TV SHOW “where he emerged as the first runner up and ended up with the Title “AMBASSADOR OF CULTURE AND TOURISM BENUE STATE”
In 2000, due to his Love and selfless service to his nation and humanity in generally, he joined Oyebuchi Chris Ifediora Foundation (OCI), to educate and inform Nigerians about breast and cervical cancer.
He was appointed Entertainment/ Liaison officer OCI Foundation in 2001, a position he is proudly occupying till date.
Recently, Luter Ikyobo has been featured in movies that are making waves not only in Nigeria, Africa but the entire world, such as, Engle Wings. He is a proudly member of the Acting Gill of Nigeria, (AGN).
Luter Ikyobo is an amiable young man, he blossoms in admiration among his colleagues in the acting profession, neighbours and friends. He stands tall amongst them and he is loved by all and sundry.
Luter Ikyobo always fly the flag of humility, and simplicity. He respect everyone irrespective of age, gender, social status, and tribe. The promising and Visionary actor is looking forward to take his acting career to the next level and joined Hollywood in the near future.
